Notice is hereby made to any and all third party interests which may exist in the personal property listed above hereinafter referred to as ?Defendant Property? forfeited to the United States of America from the Defendant LETICIA ROCIO CONTRERAS-MARTINEZ pursuant to the provisions of Title 18 U.S.C. 853 in Criminal Cause No. EP-08-CR-0758-PRM filed at the United States District Court Western District of Texas EI Paso Division: You are hereby notified of the entry of a Preliminary Judgment of Forfeiture against said ?Defendant Property? and you are further notified of the intent of the United States of America to dispose of the forfeited property in such manner that the Department of Homeland Security Immigration and Customs Enforcement or its lawfully designated agents or agencies including Fines Penalties and Forfeitures may direct. You may assert any and all third party interests in the forfeited property by filing a petition within thirty (30) days from the date of final publication of this notice asserting such interest in the forfeited property within thirty (30) days in Criminal Cause No. EP-08-CR-0758-PRM styled U.S.A. v. LETICIA ROCIO CONTRERAS-MARTINEZ at the United States District Court Western District of Texas EI Paso Division pursuant to Title 21 U.S.C. 853 Rule 32.2 (?Fed. R. Crim. P?). The petition shall be signed by the petitioner under penalty of perjury and shall identify the particular property or properties in which the petitioner claims a legal right title or interest; the nature and extent of the such right title or interest in each property; the time and circumstances of the petitioner's acquisition of the right title and interest in each property; and any additional facts and documents supporting the petitioner's claim and the relief sought.
